雅思大作文，大家总希望写出一些高分句式，好让自己的作文获得更好的分数。在很多的参考书中，都提到了一种叫做‘there be’ 句型的用法。这种‘there be’ 句型，其实就是汉语中‘有’字句在英语中的替代表达。我们都知道，汉语中‘有’字句用得很多，很多的句子都是以有字句的形式来表达的，所以，很多的考生在写作的时候也会写出很多的there be 句子。那么，there be句型能不能当作高分句型来使用呢？其实the be句型在大作文中一般建议不超过1—2个，超过这个数量就容易在使用中出错，而且会被认为是过度使用而扣分。
错误举例：
There are three reasons which make the prices increase sharply in the western states. Firstly， there are no enough supplies for the demands because too many immigrants go there and live there every year. Secondly， the local government does not control the price policy closely enough to make the sellers can raise their prices. Thirdly， so many new buildings are being built and people do not only buy， but also build new houses. And the price of land is very expensive， as well. It will not be very soon that these problems can be solved. We must take some measures to do something instead of being passive.
